Three Steps to Reality Creation

12 December, 2009 (08:39) | Exploring Law of Attraction | By: Lanore

In my clearest, most accurate, conscious creation, I can distinctly recall three parts of the process. These were three separate, clearly discernible acts that preceded the most chillingly accurate creation I’ve ever experienced. I’ll save the actual details of the manifestation for a later post, but following are the precise steps I took to draw the manifestation into my experience.

Step One: Make a Decision

I made a decision about how I wanted to feel, rather than about manifesting anything specific. Though there were certain elements that seemed required to create the experience I wanted to have, I let the Universe take care of ALL the details. Certain conditions are required to make such a clear, firm decision, but there was no wavering in commitment to it or any doubt that I could follow through on it. This means I made a decision I was committed to, regardless of the circumstances; a decision I had no doubts I could commit to.

Step Two: Relax and Allow the Mental and Emotional Experience of the Manifestation of Your Desire

Once I made the decision to have the experience I desired, I relaxed and allowed myself an instant of experiencing the results of my decision. In my imagination, I went to that place where I was already experiencing the result of my decision and immersed myself in those feelings and images for just a flash of a moment. I didn’t conjure up any details or images about it, I just allowed the feelings and images to come into my mind and allowed myself to rest happily with them for a second or two.

Step Three: Let It Go

Finally, I just let it go. When thoughts about my desire would spring to mind, I deliberately put myself in an easy mental state about it, relaxing and relying on the strength of my commitment. I didn’t dwell on the outcome or in fact, any part of it. In my mind, it was decided. I never really even thought about it much after I’d made my decision and allowed myself the flash of experience in the allowing phase. All that remained for me to do was to experience it in real time and since this particular manifestation would take place at a particular time and date on the calendar, I wasn’t, constantly checking to see if it was here yet.

My conscious mind did not dabble in the details of the manifestation. I simply allowed my decision to set the course and didn’t try to do any arranging or manipulating of the energies or details required to manifest the creation on the physical plane. In fact, once the decision was made, all I had to do was enjoy it. Period. If any actions were required to make it happen, they were actions I took because they seemed natural and logical in the course of the days leading up to the manifestation. In my mind, I made no connection between my actions and my intention to manifest the object of my decision.

These simple three steps are key to manifesting and while they are simple, they are not always easy. Certain mental attitudes are necessary for the success of each step. I’ll discuss these attitudes in the next posts.
