The Next Logical Step
One of the most interesting things about Law of Attraction is how things we strive the hardest to create almost always manifest from unexpected sources and always at some time in the future—sometimes far in the future. It’s true these manifestations always seem to arrive from a natural unfolding of events, a “next, logical step.” But these events are almost never foreseeable at the time you were consciously working to manifest them.
I suspect this is because all our “efforting” shuts off the flow of energy—in other words, we get in our own way of creating our desires. But this timing and sequence of manifestation is also what makes us question the validity of the principles of Law of Attraction. Our backwards understanding of cause and effect allows us to explain away developments that precede our deliberate creations, even if those developments were radically unlikely.
Law of Attraction doesn’t look magical because it’s not. We’ve used it, and ONLY it to create our experiences for as long as we’ve been conscious. It’s only our backward understanding of cause and effect that makes us think it should look magical to be authentic. Law of Attraction isn’t new, anymore than gravity is new. It’s only our understanding of it, and our conscious use of it that is new.
When the conscious practice of Law of Attraction becomes routine, we won’t be so tempted to question it’s authenticity or to explain away our Deliberate Creations. We will then be at a fresh leading edge of creation (as we always are) stepping out into a greater awareness of our Creative Abilities.
