Check Your Vibration Regarding Health

In a previous post, I suggested checking your vibrations about issues that are important to you so that you can keep your vibrations within a range that will bring more of what you want into your experience. In this post you’ll find a series of thoughts about the subject of health.

Ignore any thoughts that do not suit your situation. Start with the highest numbered thought on the chart that seems a match to your vibration and work your way up through all the statements. Read the thought aloud if you can, notice that it is true. Once you feel truth in the statement, go up the scale to the next thought and repeat the previous step. By doing this exercise, you can soften your resistance about a subject and allow your vibration to raise.

You do not need to do these exercises daily. Remember your vibration about a given subject is where you last left it. If you raise your vibration with these thoughts to a point you’re satisfied, fine, leave the vibration there. If you notice your vibration about a subject has fallen, come back and do this exercise to raise it once again.

Range of Vibration for the Subject of: Health

1. I feel scared and insecure about my health.
2. In the past I’ve felt scared and insecure about my health, yet managed to survive.
3. Others have been through the same health issues I fear and managed to survive and become even healthier
4. Good health has come and gone in my past experiences, yet overall I’ve managed to thrive.
5. I know that opportunities often come from unexpected sources.
6. I am open to opportunities for better health to flow into my experience.
7. I am able to take appropriate actions at appropriate times regarding my health.
8. I am capable of imagining how I want to feel about my physical health.
9. I remember that the effects I am experiencing regarding the subject of my health were caused by vibrations offered in the past about it.
10. I enjoy the creative play of imagining times of vibrant health.
11. I am able to make a decision about how I want to feel about my health.
12. I am able to make a decision about how I intend to feel about my health.
13. When I close my eyes and be still, I know that I AM.
14. Remembering I AM, removes all resistance and allows me to let go of all attachment to outcomes, allowing my desires regarding great health to flow into my experience.
15. No matter what circumstance manifests in physical reality, I am always able to access this peaceful place of knowing that I AM.
